Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Most orders ship to the US, Canada, and a wide range of countries across Europe, Asia, Australia, and beyond.
Who fulfills and ships my order?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped through Printify, our print-on-demand partner. This means your items are made to order and shipped directly from the fulfillment center closest to you.
How long does shipping take?
US: Standard (5–10 business days), Express available
Canada: Standard delivery
International: Standard delivery via USPS or DHL Express depending on your region
Note: Production time (2–7 business days) is separate from shipping time.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Why is my order coming from multiple locations?
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping rates vary by product and destination. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll work with Printify to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
